It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas....

On Friday, we had a heat wave, so.....

....it was time to gather our Christmas decorations!!! As you can see, it was a whole family adventure - although Gabe spent his time snuggled up in the car seat sleeping, which was good, since even though we had a heat wave, it was more like 28 degrees! Anyway, getting the house all decked out for visitors on Thursday! :)

Also, I just wanted to let you know that Gabe has already starred in his first drama...

That's right, that little baldy head peaking out is our precious little Gabe playing the most important role of "the little baby Jesus!" He did just perfect, as I knew he would. After all, we've known all along that he's had a dramatic flair - (takes after his dad that way! :)

There was one more thing I was going to share with you.... the heat wave is over.... This morning, I ran out to start the car, in my scarf, coat, boots and robe! It was so cold!!! I came in and told Sam that we had moved beyond scarf weather and striaght to neck warmer weather - it hurts to breathe!!! So he asked me what the temperature was and I told him I didn't want to put myself through that much misery... So I quick, took a picture right before I ran out the door!

Ok, so I realize, it may be a little difficult for you to read that... Took the picture through my window with the sun facing me... So....

Does that make it a little more clear??? Burrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I did have a bunch of fun stories that I was going to share with you, but the cold has knocked it right out of my mind and now you'll have to settle for stories on Gabe and the weather! :)

I just saw on Facebook that Christmas is only 9 days away! Ahhh!!! I'd better start shopping and get things done. My parents come in on Thursday and we have lots of things going on, but Christmas has totally snuck up on me! Hopefully I can get some more pictures to share with you soon! Have a great pre-Christmas festive day!

Seriously, FREEZING in the Tundra,

Sarah
